But else, there is no reason, it shouldn't work. I've seen it work fine in some other Neptune based system myself. If you don't want to boot from your SCSI disk, then there is no need for SDMS. Else you might either try to merge the SDMS software (which is freely available) into your system BIOS, or more likely, you'll wont to use a 53c815 based card which comes with its own BIOS ROM ...
