dump 0uBf 2000000 /dev/rst0 /usr
          ^^^^^^^

size of your tape in kilobytes

You might want to increase the block size however for better
performance:

dump 0ubBf 32 2000000 /dev/rst0 /usr

to write in 32-KB-blocks.
