But i don't think that this will be comparable to BSD/OS, NetBSD, or
FreeBSD in any way then, even if you've got a whole lifetime to burn
writing it.

Your argument is suggesting that NetBSD/FreeBSD were *way* inferior to
BSD/OS.

I'm not going to argue further here, since it's going to be religious.
