There are two sources that I know of for FreeBSD 2.0 (see notes)
InfoMagic, Inc. Motif for FreeBSD 2.0 $104 ($99 + 5 shipping)
They are currently waiting for FreeBSD 2.1 so they can release
the most latest libraries, etc. When 2.1 ships, this product
should be ready "very soon". I believe they also support Linux.

I don't have much information about this and can't speak about
the product, but it seems to be the same (virtually) as that from
InfoMagic.
