I would not suggest a 386.=) Personally 486dx2-80 would be as slow of a machine as I would go..We don't run any CGI-Bins. But Linux under a P-90 is really good... I know if you want dual-P5 support and willing to tweek, play, and explore 1.3.x beta kernals have support init. Mr Cox has been using it and claims it works nicely.
