Date: Sun, 12 Nov 1995 21:50:07 UTC Lines: 16 I have been making do with catting files into /dev/audio and /dev/dsp*, and I have managed to get xmix, but has anyone got even a command line audio player that will look in the file and set the audio up properly for the kind of file it is? That would be awfully convenient. Making little one-shot programs with hardwired ioctls is a pain. I have to admit, I've cheated a bit...
