First and foremost is the message "Cant open display" anytime I try to run a X file from the console ie PC it is installed on. is this normal? I am also having fun trying to figure out how to configure the TCP/IP to set up the different IRQ's and such... guess I got spoiled by SCO's netconfig and mkdev command. Does FreeBSD have similar commands?? Thanks, Dave lycan@xmission.com daveh@vii.com
