I think this one is a board i failed to setup under FreeBSD yet. I'm not entirely sure, but i think it's been the offender. I've been using a plain ISA WD8013 instead. If you want PCI, go for a DEC2104X-based board. If you're not going to constantly push > 800 KB/s on your ethernet, something like the WD8013 is absoulutely sufficient. >>sony 2.88 mb 3.5 inch floppy disk drive >we'll unly use them as 1.44 I think. 2.88 is on its way. :-) [Note: this is the first public notification of this fact!] I've been playing with a loaned 2.88 drive for some time now. The driver ain't singing and dancing that good by now, but i've already been able to read and write 2.88 floppies. Call this a ``proof of concept''. I hope it'll be ready the day 2.2 will ship. -- cheers, J"org joerg_wunsch@uriah.heep.sax.de -- http://www.sax.de/~joerg/ -- NIC: JW11-RIPE Never trust an operating system you don't have sources for. ;-)
