Does anyone have a system reliably running inn with a 2940? Ive been running it (without mmap) just fine. Maybe your problem is ram/swap? For awhile, on a smaller machine, my ram+swap totally only 128MB or so (40ish ram, 80 or so disk swap) - after much chasing it became obvious that this was not sufficient - so I added 512MB of swap (I know that sounds large) and my troubles went away. ------------------------------------------------------------- Steve Hovey -- shovey@buffnet.net root@buffnet.net
