I know a company, who develops their product on the whole bunch of platforms -- most of the Unixes and NTs. Turned out, that NT's port- mapper is not quite compatable with Unixes. M$'s Customer Support dared to say it is Unix's fault. Arguments like "10 different Unixes have no problems talking to each other" did not convince them.
