I just did the first-ever install from the 2.1 CDROM tonite.  I noticed
some nits and one actual crash (doing the anonymous FTP setup, so it's
not exactly critical but I'm still fixing it naturally) and am
re-rolling the next iteration of the CD right now.  Assuming this looks
better, I'll then FedEx the 5 one-off CDs to my testing group for one
more round of testing.  I'd like to have the final CD to replication by
Tuesday.
