A number of people are having a problem with more or less putting the prompt a few lines above the bottom of the screen, or overwriting existing text. The psedoterminals have 'network' in /etc/ttys, so I don't know where TERM is getting set -- it's not in their .login or profile. Separate Question: what happened to the '-d' option in more? later, david -- David Hawkins dhawk@netcom.com Love consists of this, that two solitudes protect and touch and greet each other. -- Rainer Maria Rilke
