Hi!

I've been wondering about the implementation of NFS in all the versions of
  BSD which is floating around.

Which version(s) of NFS have been implemented?

Are there different versions of NFS for different versions of bsd, ie. does
BSD386, BSD V4.3, BSD V4.4 and the now commonly used BSDs all have the same
version of NFS? If not, how to they differ?

Have the interconnectability between BSD NFS and other machines been
measured and if so, have someone compiled a list of non-working mixes and
  errors encountered?

  Any input greatly appreciated.
