NCSA's httpd built right out of the box for me.  Just tell it you're
a "netbsd" system.  :)  1.5 seems to work well.  I replaced our 
somewhat buggy 0.8.13 version of apache with it and haven't noticed
any problems.  We get 300-400k hits/day here.
