(MIT-Pthreads) We (some volunteers actually) are working on integrating pthread support (including thread-safe changes in libc) into FreeBSD.. When they have it all worked out it will be committed to the tree. Eventually there might be kernel threading support too, but that is further away.. It will be based on the MIT work and will appear in -current 'soon'.
