It's almost as if they REALLY HATE us.. very odd. as far as the generation of the keys goes, I don't know, but I also doubt very much whether HE knows what's wrong about either.. Have you actually tried it yet? do you have DES installed on the FreeBSD Box? It's optional on FreeBSD, and this might have an effect on it. If Mr ermine would tell us what's wrong with FreeBSD (other than he has something against Free operating systems) then we'd fix it quick enough.. ISPs are an important user-base or us.. I suggest posting the question to questions@freebsd.org and also security@freebsd.org. that's where all the crypto boffins hang out.. I've heard of several people using the comerce server.. maybe you'll get help there. (BTW you can also run the Linux netscape clients in FreeBSD's LINUX emulation mode, (haven't tried SCO stuff) works great.. maybe if there's a linux comerce server... :) +----------------------------------+ ______ _ __ | __--_|\ Julian Elischer | \ U \/ / On assignment | / \ julian@tfs.com +------>x USA \ in a very strange | ( OZ ) 300 lakeside Dr. oakland CA. \___ ___ | country ! +- X_.---._/ USA+(510) 645-3137(wk) \_/ \\ ><DARWIN> v LL LL
