Umm, the TGUI 9440 is not yet supported by any release of XFree86.
The latest beta is publically available now (from ftp.xfree86.org and
its mirrors), and it contains _preliminary_ tgui9440 support.

Sorry, this system is most likely not supported anymore.  Try to get
FreeBSD 2.0.5 or 2.1 instead.
