I am looking for documentation on using amd(8). The man pages are not informative (they lack a lot of details), and the system manager's manual in /usr/share/smm doesn't have the right section. I looked for it in the net2 release archives, but couldn't find it there, either. Would some kind soul give me a hint on how I should go about using amd? If there isn't any real documentation, I would appreciate a good example (i.e. just send me the contents of your maps, and I'll struggle along from there).
