Folks,
After all the frustration of getting your Diamond 2001 to work,
I have a good news for you all finally. There's the 3.1.2A
beta release that FINALLY supported this graphics card. And yes,
it is now listed in the xf86config database. I just downloaded
it, and it works flawlessly. It fixed the panning problem expecially
which is the best of all.
Give it a try!
