The only one I know of is ez, the editor/WP program from the AUIS project.
It does WYSIWYG editting of HTML files.

You can find out all about AUIS (and get the source) from
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/Web/People/AUIS/

It has been built on SunOS, VAX BSD, Ultrix so it should be easy to port 
to FreeBSD.
