Uh, they do. In fact if you want you can run on a running copy of whatever
the hell they're working on. Not even guaranteed bootable. And you don't need
to join no guild. Or you can run on the "-stable" copy. Or you can run
on snapshots released a couple of times a month. IF you want to.

A new "production" release comes out slightly more often than that.
