  You shouldn't need it. The installation document gives a bootstrap that you
can enter by hand to read the necessary code off the tape.

  It isn't horribly complex - two of us managed to get it going after having
too much to drink one night, deciding we'd like to play with 4BSD, and not
being able to find the TU58 console tape 8-)
