When you run config_dns right at the end of the configuration it asks you if you wish to define any other hosts. These extra hosts get added to your domain.db and reverse.db. If you do not wish to add all the hosts through config_dns then do one and manually add the rest. Do not forget to increment your serial number. HUGE
