I am installing FreeBSD from floopy.
I have two drives:
C: drive is used for DOS
and its applications.
D: drive (slave drive) is now partially installed
with FreeBSD. The fdisk process went fine.
I am at the point where I need to
install the CPIO disk but I can not boot from
the FreeBSD disk (drive d:). I have os-bs setup
on a floopy but the software does not see the
d: drive partition.
How do I proceed?
How will I be able to boot FreeBSD?.
I have a 386pc, 8mg ram, 387 coprocessor and I will
only be using FreeBSD to learn about UNIX.
Any help will be appreciated.
