Anyone have a time frame on when SMP may be done on FreeBSD?

And if it is still in the planning stages here are some of my dream ideas.

Full adjustable program execution on single or multiple cpus. This could
be accomplished via various ways an easy way is giving each proc it's
very own name... ie:

486-33(1) Fred and 486-33(2) Bob

Add a new command call it pexec and let it have the option:
-proc (Proc Name)

so if I did a pexec -proc Fred povray...

The povray would ONLY run on Fred and not on bob at all. Also the ability
to adjust how much time is spent on certain proccesses by groups would be
awesome. Imagine telling the system that all procs started by anyone in
the group root, www, ftp, etc... geta minimum allocation of 50% cpu time
on one of the procs.

Just some ramblings... there were more but Im tired :)
