For BSD 4.4 Manual, they are published by O'Reiley Associate. Check out
their Web Server for more detail  http://www.ora.com

They are in html format. You can fire up Lynx to read it. That's what I
did this morning when I loaded up this machine with FreeBSD 2.1 :)
