I don't have documentation for some video hardware because
some idiot doesn't understand the difference between "trade
secret" and "boot code", but he has a commercial product to
point at and non-disclosures I can sign t get the information
that I'm not allowed to redistribute.

I'd have to say that I'm *not* better off for this.
