Lines: 16 Message-ID: <4aoe56$5t6@jennifer.pernet.net> NNTP-Posting-Host: jennifer.pernet.net X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] OK, I've gotten pppd to work quite well for a dialup ppp server, but I'm having one problem: When someone hangs up on my machine(as in a loss of carrier) without requesting the link be shutdown, pppd never hangs up. It just sits. I know I could use an idle timeout with ijppp, but for reasons beyond my control that's not an option. Can anyone help me?
