Use Mousesystems (works for me, at least...)

Depends on where your mouse is connected. Mine is on /dev/com4...

Yes, that's sufficient. (1200, I think)

Hmm... dunno. But if you find a com driver that supports your mouse *and*
your modem at the same time, drop me a mail and tell me about it.
