Umm..You missed the point..Lets try it again... Linus does have 
copyrights on HIS part of the kernel..all the networking is Alans most the
drivers and Sparc ports are other peoples.  If you look at what I wrote..
I said "It's very hard to take something out of GPL once it's in it"..
which in this case is VERY true..*Any* multi-developer GPL software requires
a hell of a lot of work or agreement from other copyright owners.

I've alreayd GPL stuff...Mainly things that don't bother me...

Sorry..BTW.. GPL != Fascist...It's another false believe..=)
