Linus does have copyrights on HIS part of the kernel..all the networking is Alans most the drivers and Sparc ports are other peoples. If you look at what I wrote.. I said "It's very hard to take something out of GPL once it's in it".. which in this case is VERY true..*Any* multi-developer GPL software requires a hell of a lot of work or agreement from other copyright owners. : Guess I'll never GPL any of my stuff. I've alreayd GPL stuff...Mainly things that don't bother me... Sorry..BTW.. GPL != Fascist...It's another false believe..=)
