I have a MAG DX15F with an ATI Graphics Pro Turbo, and I am trying to
run XWindows with the feeble virtual window manager. My problem is
this: I can't get a coherent resolution higher than 640x480. I've
tried several different settings and if I get anything for higher
resolutions at all, it's all just a scramble on the screen, as if
something was scrolling at a really high speed.

If anybody out there has the same equipment I do and has gotten around
this problem, or if you have any suggestions on how to fix this
problem, please contact me at ghurlman@vt.edu. Thank you.
