Yes.
To appease the deconstructionists: *Technically*, you have to
install a package by typing a single line as root to get it, but
it *isn't* "in" -current now. 8-).
The RT extensions are not ratified yet, It would be silly
(and difficult) to implement them before they are internally
consistent.
