The freely distributable source for the NRL IPv6/IPsec software has
mysteriously appeared online for anonymous ftp from:
	ftp://ftp.c2.org
	ftp://ftp.hacktic.nl

This software will drop into a BSDI source distribution with little effort,
but requires someone with kernel build experience to apply the patches and
make the new kernel. It is an "alpha" quality release intended primarily
for kernel hackers and protocol experimenters. The encryption library and
related portions of the IPsec kernel software might be subject to
export/use controls in some countries. The features of this software are
(1) an early implementation of IPv6 (aka IPng) and (2) an implementation of
the IP Security specifications [RFC-1825 - RFC-1829] including kernel
support for the storage of keys and other Security Association attributes
and including a new "Key Management" socket known as PF_KEY.
