Another flavor of Unix/X ... I think DEC is more focused on hardware, in particular Alpha. Linux will help DEC sell more Alphas. : I don't agree that Apple is a software company. What is special or different about Apple, it's hardware or software? It is their software that sells the hardware, that is why I consider them a software company.
