Does anyone know what this file has mutated into on BSDI? I'd like to
set up the defaults to add -fno-strength-reduce to all my compiles, as I
assume that BSDI's gcc ports share the same -O2 bug with the other X86
versions of GCC, but I can't find a specs file.
