  Hi, there..

  I am using FreeBSD 2.1.0-RELASE..

I have a simple problem, but I could not resolve it myself..

When I log as root, "ping" does work well.

But, as a plain user, I can not "ping" anywhere..

  The messages from ping is

  "ping: socket: Permission denied"

"ping" owned by "bin" user and "bin" group..

  What shall I do?

  Thanks in advance..

PS I can telnet or ftp. Just "ping" does not work..
