I'm running a variety of 946 Rev A, C, E, and F controllers in a variety of different motherboards. Most of my systems are running 2.0.1 right now, but I'm also using the 2.0.1 bha driver backported to 1.0 without any prob- lems. As long as you have the latest firmware in the card, you should be all set.
