  Yes, two users, slowly.
  They are useful if you have a bunch of things (e.g. BSD44-lite,
BSD/OS, source code of previous releases of product, etc...) you want 
available, but don't need it accessible all accessible at maximum speed, 
continuously. It mostly saves running around, switching CDs, su'ing, etc...
