The radiusd source code from ftp.livingston.com should compile easily 
under FreeBSD.

Maybe you should have a look at the Merit radiusd from ftp.merit.edu
It has lots and lots of features above and beyond what Livingston's 
radiusd provides. There are also several patched versions of radiusd 
floating around. FreeBSD should have no problems with these.
