I assume the upstream networks/providers _are willing_ to route these IPs to
you? And that they _are_ pointed at you already? I'm sure you can advertise
RIP routes, or even run gated and advertise using better protocols, but if
your upstream neighbors aren't already pointing these Class Cs at you, it won't
work. Some exceptions still remain, but until IPv6 is installed network-wide,
IP address ranges _aren't_ portable from provider to provider...
