Hmmm... browse the net.... don't know about the NEC but the Toshiba's a good
drive:

NEC MODEL 511 QUAD SPEED INTERNAL SCSI - $218.90
TOSHIBA XM5301 INTERNAL QUAD SPEED SCSI - $218.90

You can get an ATAPI one for $18.90?
