how? i am tring to set up a dialin line to my machine - i have
following the faq,essiental sys admin and every page i can find and
none make any mention to where the modem initilation string is held.

i have set up tty01 to be a dialin line and kill -HUP 1 and everything
but the auto answer light wont come on. and so the modem dosn't pick
up the line when i ring it



help please.........
