Summary: how do I read /dev/kmem in a neat fashion? Keywords: kernel BSD Ultrix Message-ID: <28620@life.ai.mit.edu> Date: 30 Sep 92 16:42:14 GMT Article-I.D.: life.28620 Sender: news@ai.mit.edu Followup-To: comp.unix.internals Organization: MIT Laboratory for Computer Science Lines: 16 I am looking for the BSD and Ultrix equivalents of the kvm routines available under SunOS. I need to find the equivalents for kvm_open, kvm_nextproc, kvm_setproc, kvm_getcmd, and kvm_close (gosh, just a couple, eh!). I know there's no package like kvm.h, but if anyone knows the methods to access what's in /dev/kmem, I'd appreciate it.
