Boot the boot floppy, and select "Upgrade". :-)

Well, be cautious when it comes to merging/overwriting your
configuration files in /etc.  Don't do this without a reasonable
backup.  (Remember: backing up /etc usually even fits on a floppy, and
it's 99 % of your machine configuration.)
