The system works fine when getty or mgetty is monitoring : serial port 0 (ttyd0), but when I turn them loose on the Cyclades port, the : user end's responses to the login: prompt are not recognized. The mgetty : eventually times out and drops the connection. I just moved from Linux to FreeBSD on 2 machines with Cyclades Cyclom-16y boards. I use 2.1.0-RELEASE and had no problems whatsoever. Thanks, Andrew -- Andrew Foster adf@fl.net.au
