Take   the unofficial release   of  INN (inn1.4unoff2 or inn1.4unoff3  from
ftp.math.psu.edu:/pub/INN), use the   config.data-FreeBSD that you'll  find
under   UNOFF/, change the  paths  in the  file if   you don't  like it and
compile.
