I have been looking for such a beast with no luck.  (Actually I have been 
looking for a more complex tool to filter packets and generate a graphical 
output.)

I'm currently attempting to put together an X GUI for tcpdump.
Wish me luck, I haven't coded X in a couple of years :-)
