Yes, it does come with a boot manager that you are given the option to 
install during the installation process.  IMHO, it is functional, but it 
does not work to my liking since it defaults to the last system you booted.

If that is osbs135.exe, then yes.

I have used both.  osbs135 works very well.  I like the configurability, 
as well as it always defaults to dos unless I say otherwise.  I have not 
tried osbsbeta.exe.

I can see my dos partitions on the FreeBSD side (mounted as /dos), but I 
do not know how to see FreeBSD partitions from the dos side (yet).
