We are using Pentium PCI box with BSD/OS 2.0.1 and would like to reboot the box from telnet login. But reboot command (or "shutdown -r now") sometimes fails to reboot. It stops rebooting after it shows: "vga0 at isa0 iobase 0x3c0 maddr 0xa0000-0xaffff" while device probe procedure. When reboot succeeds, it shows following line next. "pci configuration mechanism 1" We tried from local terminal, but the result was the same. We have nothing special device except video card(Cirrus Logic GD5424) and ethernet card(NE2000). The spec of our box is as follows, mother board: ASUS P/I-P55TP4XE BIOS: AWARD p4.50PG CPU: Pentium 120Mhz Can anyone give some advise? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
