The filter program `hpif' is run on the host to which the printer is
attached.  For example:

     Host A      Host B----Printer
       |           |
   ----+-----------+--

If you print on Host A, the job is sent to Host B, and hpif will be
run there on Host B.  If you specify :if=/usr/local/libexec/hpif: in
Host A's /etc/printcap, nothing will happen.  You need to specify it
in Host B's /etc/printcap.
